超敏C反应蛋白联合降钙素原在成人急性白血病化疗后骨髓抑制期感染的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)以及降钙素原(PCT)联合检测对于成年急性白血病患者化疗后骨髓抑制期感染的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月甘肃省武威市中医医院收治的40例急性白血病化疗骨髓抑制期合并感染的成年患者作为研究对象归为观察组,另选取同期40例急性白血病化疗骨髓抑制期未感染的成年患者归为对照组,分别对两组患者的hs-CRP以及PCT进行检查,并作对比。结果观察组包括hs-CRP以及PCT水平均显著高于对照组,而观察组中Ⅲ度及Ⅳ度骨髓抑制患者的hs-CRP以及PCT水平则要高于Ⅰ度及Ⅱ度骨髓抑制患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性白血病患者骨髓抑制期合并感染的患者包括hs-CRP与PCT水平均明显高于未感染患者,此外骨髓抑制的分级越高,这两个指标也随之升高,因此通过hs-CRP与PCT联合检测,有助于为患者的临床感染情况提供一定参考,为治疗提供指导。Objective To explore clinical value of combined detection of sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)for bone marrow suppression infection of adult patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.Methods The paper chose 40 adult patients with acute leukemia combined with infection during bone marrow suppression of chemotherapy in Wuwei City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Gansu from January 2018 to January 2020 as research objects,and classified as observation group.Another 40 adult patients without infection during bone marrow suppression of acute leukemia during chemotherapy in same period were selected as control group.Hs-CRP and PCT between two groups were examined respectively for comparison.Results hs-CRP and PCT levels in observation group were significantly higher than control group,hs-CRP and PCT levels of patients with gradeⅢandⅣmyelosuppression in observation group were higher than those with gradeⅠandⅡmyelosuppression,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Hs-CRP and PCT levels of acute leukemia patients with bone marrow suppression and infection were significantly higher than those without infection.in addition,the higher grade of bone marrow suppression,the higher both indicators.Therefore,combined detection of hs-CRP and PCT can help provide some reference for clinical infection and treatment guidance of patients.
