认知行为疗法在精神病康复治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析认知行为方法在精神病患者康复治疗中的实际使用效果,同时也分析了其在临床上的主要价值。方法选取我院2010年7月-2012年5月收治的184例患者为这次的研究对象,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组92例患者。治疗组在服用抗精神病药物的基础上同时还采取到了认识行为的疗法,而对照组只是采取到常规的药物治疗。然后将这两组治疗方法进行疗效的比较,且记录并观察到这两组患者的主要症状以及实际康复效果。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,具有统计学方面的意义(P<0.05)。结论和单纯的药物治疗相比较的话,认知行为的疗法能够有效提升到治疗的疗效,有效缩短到患者的住院情况,同时能够有效促进到患者的恢复情况。Objective To analyze practical application effect of cognitive behavior method in rehabilitation treatment of psychiatric patients,and analyze its main clinical value.Methods The paper chose 184 patients treated in our hospital from July 2010 to May 2012,and divided them into control group and treatment group randomly,with 92 cases in each group.on the basis of antipsychotics,treatment group was treated with cognitive behavior therapy,control group with routine drug treatment.Curative effect between two groups was compared,main symptoms and actual rehabilitation effect were recorded and observed.Results Total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion was compared with simple drug therapy,cognitive behavioral therapy can improve curative effect effectively,shorten length of stay,and promote recovery of patients effectively.
