摘　　要：目的针对不同年龄IV期非小细胞肺癌患者在接受同期放化疗过程中对远期生存的影响进行分析。方法本院在2017年1~12月所接诊患者中选取120例,按照对比观察的方式展开研究,其中34例患者年龄在45岁以下(作为青年组),46例患者年龄46~64岁(作为中年组),其余40例患者年龄都在65岁以上(作为老年组)。针对三组远期生存情况展开对比。结果结合对三组远期生存时间、近期疗效以及治疗中并发症情况对比,三组均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论不同年龄IV期非小细胞肺癌患者在展开同期化疗的过程中,远期生存率无明显差异,在治疗中需注重对并发症加以控制,保障整体治疗效果。Objective To analyze effect of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy on long-term survival for patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer of different ages.Methods The paper chose 120 patients in our hospital from January to December 2017 for study according to comparative observation method.Among them,34 cases were under 45(as youth group),46 cases were 46-64(as middle-aged group),the other 40 cases over 65(as elderly group).Long-term survival among three groups was compared.Results Based on comparison of long-term survival time,short-term curative effect and complications among three groups,there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference in long-term survival rate of stage IV non-small cell lung cancer patients of different ages during concurrent chemotherapy process,it is necessary to pay attention to control of complications and ensure overall treatment effect.
