小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗白内障的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析治疗白内障应用小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术(SICS)的可行性。方法选取2018年3月-2020年3月临泽县人民医院选择的216例白内障病人进行研究,以治疗方案的不同进行分组,将其分为实验组和参照组,每组108例。参照组病人采用超声乳化摘除术治疗,实验组采用小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术进行治疗,对比两组病人的眼压测量值、中央前房深度、视力测量值以及术后不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后眼压测量值下降,中央前房深度和视力测量值增高,且实验组病人视力改善情况较参照组更好,差别较大(P<0.05);实验组病人术后不良反应发生率与参照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术前,两组生活质量各项评分比较,组间差异不大(P>0.05);手术后比较,实验组生活质量各项评分高于参照组,组间比较有较大的差别(P<0.05)。结论在临床对白内障患者选择治疗方式时,采用超声乳化摘除术可达到较好的治疗效果,但是因此方式操作相对复杂,对于术者的操作要求较高,而在采用SICS术式进行治疗后,其操作较为简便,且此术式在患者眼部形成创口较小,可较好降低眼压,提升视力,同时在术后恢复速度较快,且在患者围术期具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the feasibility of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction(SICS)in the treatment of cataract.Methods A total of 216 cataract patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were studied.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to different treatment schemes,with 108 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with phacoemulsification,while those in the experimental group were treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction.The intraocular pressure,central anterior chamber depth,visual acuity and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the intraocular pressure decreased,the central anterior chamber depth and visual acuity increased,and the improvement of visual acuity in experimental group was better than that in reference group(P<0.05).The postoperative adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 12.96%compared with the reference group(18.42%),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before the operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of quality of life(P>0.05).After the operation,the scores of life quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion When choosing a treatment method for cataract patients in clinic,phacoemulsification can achieve a good therapeutic effect,but the operation is relatively complicated,which requires higher operation requirements for the operator.However,after SICS is used for treatment,the operation is relatively simple,and the wound formed in the eyes of patients is small,which can better reduce intraocular pressure and improve vision.At the same time,it can recover quickly after operation,and has high safety in the perioperative period of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
