帕利哌酮缓释片用于急性精神分裂症治疗的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究急性精神分裂症治疗时使用帕利哌酮缓释片的疗效。方法此次研究选择2019年1月-2020年12月甘肃省天水市第三人民医院进行治疗的80例急性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序,将患者分为两组,分别为参照组和研究组,每组40例;参照组患者使用利培酮片进行治疗,研究组患者使用帕利哌酮缓释片进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后精神分裂程度、治疗有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前,精神分裂程度无明显差别(P>0.05),参照组患者治疗后精神分裂程度显著高于研究组(P<0.05),治疗有效率、生活质量各项指标评分显著低于研究组(P<0.05),且不良反应发生率显著高于显著研究组(P<0.05)。结论急性精神分裂症患者在治疗时使用帕利哌酮缓释片,能够有效的降低患者精神分裂程度及不良反应发生率,提高治疗有效率及患者的生活质量水平,值得推广使用。Objective To study the efficacy of paliperidone sustained-release tablets in the treatment of acute schizophrenia.Methods The study started in January 2019,and the deadline was December 2020.The 80 patients with acute schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital during this time period were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided according to the order of admission.There are two groups,the reference group and the study group,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with risperidone tablets,and patients in the study group were treated with paliperidone sustained-release tablets.The degree of schizophrenia,the effective rate of treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the degree of schizophrenia between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the degree of schizophrenia in the reference group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency and quality of life index scores were significant lower than the study group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher than the significant study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of paliperidone sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with acute schizophrenia can effectively reduce the degree of schizophrenia and the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the efficiency of treatment and the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of popularization.
