摘　　要：目的探讨原发胃黏膜相关淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤的临床、病理特点,并分析其相关预后因素。方法回顾性分析广西医科大学第一附属医院2010年1月-2017年8月全院原发胃MALT淋巴瘤的特点预后。结果患者症状及检查结果无特异性,Lugano分期、上消化道出血、B症状、CA125是影响患者OS的独立不良因素(P<0.05)。结论原发胃MALT淋巴瘤早期临床表现无特异性,合并上消化道出血可能对于其预后有一定影响。治疗上,无论Hp感染情况如何,对于胃MALT淋巴瘤,根除Hp治疗的疗效都是肯定的,其他治疗方式的选择主要取决于疾病分期及症状进行个体化选择。Objective To explore the clinical and pathological characteristics of primary gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)lymphoma,and analyze its related prognostic factors.Methods Through retrospective analysis of the characteristics and prognosis of primary gastric MALT lymphoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2010 to August 2017.Results The patient’s symptoms and test results are not specific.The independent adverse factors of patients with OS mainly included Lugano staging,upper gastrointestinal bleeding,B symptoms,and CA125(P<0.05).Conclusion The early clinical manifestations of primary gastric MALT lymphoma are not specific,and the combination of upper gastrointestinal bleeding may have a certain impact on its prognosis.Regardless of the HP infection,the efficacy of Hp eradication therapy for gastric MALT lymphoma is affirmative.The choice of other treatment methods mainly depends on the individualized choice of disease stage and symptoms.
