摘　　要：目的通过对该例疟疾患者的个案护理查房,加强全科护士对疟疾这一传染性疾病的了解,便于护理人员对疟疾患者实施更加具有针对性及有效的个案护理。方法收集该患者病史资料及住院期间的护理问题,以PPT形式进行全科汇报,并与全科护士一起进行总结、反思及讨论,为患者提供更好的护理。结果该患者治疗过程顺利,入院9 d临床症状消失出院。结论实施个案护理查房,可使全科护士对该患者以及该疾病的认识加深,为之后更全面、有效地开展护理工作提供便利。Objective To strengthen the general nurses’understanding of malaria as an infectious disease through case nursing rounds of this malaria patient,so as to facilitate nurses to implement more targeted and effective case nursing for malaria patients.Methods Collect the patient’s medical history and nursing problems during hospitalization,report the general practice in PPT form,and summarize,reflect and discuss with the general practice nurses to provide better care for the patient.Results The treatment process of the patient was smooth and the clinical symptoms disappeared 9 days after admission.Conclusion The implementation of case nursing rounds can deepen the general nurses’understanding of the patient and the disease,and provide convenience for more comprehensive and effective nursing work.
