70例中晚期胃癌姑息性放化疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨70例中晚期胃癌姑息性放化疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2010年7月至2018年6月姑息性放化疗的70例中晚期胃癌患者的临床分期、放疗的靶区及剂量、放疗后病灶控制的情况、复发转移的情况、生存时长以及放疗前后生存质量变化情况。结果所选患者均通过直线加速器三维适形放疗,有4.3%的(3/70)患者在放疗中期出现轻度-中度胃痛,姑息性三维适形放疗后生存质量明显高于放疗前(P<0.05)。结论在治疗中晚期胃癌患者的过程中,予以姑息性放化疗,治疗效果显著,值得在临床上多加广泛推广与应用。Objective to explore effect of palliative radiotherapy and chemotherapy on 70 cases of advanced gastric cancer.Methods review and analyze clinical data of 70 cases intermediate and advanced gastric cancer patients from July 2010 to June 2018,including clinical staging,target area and radiotherapy dose,status of lesion control after radiotherapy,status of recurrence and metastasis,and survival duration,life quality changes before and after radiotherapy.Results treat them with linear accelerator three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.4.3%(3/70)cases had mild-to-moderate stomach pain during radiotherapy.Life quality after palliative three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy was significantly higher than before radiotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion palliative radiochemotherapy can achieve significant effect in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer,which is worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical practice.
