摘　　要：目的探析小儿护理工作中运用肢体语言沟通的临床价值。方法选取2018年10月到2019年10月到我院儿科住院患儿86例作为观察对象,按双盲数字法将患者分成对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取肢体语言沟通,对比两组患儿护理依从性,对比两组患儿家属护理满意度。结果观察组患儿护理依从性97.69%显著高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属护理满意度100%显著高于对照组的86.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿护理工作中运用肢体语言沟通可显著提高患儿护理依从性,提高患儿家属护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical value of using body language communication in pediatric nursing work.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,86 cases of pediatric hospitalized children in our hospital were selected as observation objects,and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the double-blind number method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group used body language communication on the basis of routine nursing,then compared the nursing compliance of the two groups of children,and compared the nursing satisfaction of the two families of children.Results The nursing compliance of the observation group was 97.69%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,81.40%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group’s family members was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group,86.05%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of body language communication in pediatric nursing work can significantly improve the nursing compliance of children and improve the nursing satisfaction of their families.
