丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取我院自2018年5月至2019年5月收治的460例急性脑梗死患者,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组(230例)与对照组(230例),对照组患者采用阿托伐他汀对患者进行治疗,观察组患者在阿托伐他汀治疗的基础上联合丁苯酞对患者进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后神经功能评分、日常生活能力评分以及临床疗效。结果神经功能对比,治疗前(P>0.05),治疗后(P<0.05);生活能力评分对比,治疗前(P>0.05),治疗后(P<0.05);疗效对比(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者采用丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀进行治疗能促进患者神经功能恢复,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Four hundred and sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were divided into observation group(230 cases)and control group(230 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin,and patients in the observation group were treated with butylphthalide on the basis of atorvastatin.Before and after treatment,neurological function score,daily life ability score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment(P<0.05).Life ability score,before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment(P<0.05).Curative effect(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin in patients with acute Cerebral infarction can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worth clinical application.
