巩膜瓣下咬切术结合巩膜瓣可调节缝合治疗青光眼的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的对巩膜瓣下咬切术结合巩膜瓣可调节缝合治疗青光眼的临床疗效进行探讨。方法研究对象筛选以纳入标准和排除标准作为前提,抽选时间段为2018年1月份到2019年1月份,共选取青光眼患者20例,临床上予以巩膜瓣下咬切术结合巩膜瓣可调节缝合治疗,为观察组。于相同时间段另选青光眼患者20例,临床上予以常规巩膜瓣下咬切术治疗,为参照组。就两组患者的临床治疗情况以及预后情况展开分析和数据对比。结果在治疗效果方面,相对参照组,观察组总有效率更高,数据对比显示差异较大且P<0.05,有统计学意义;在预后情况方面,相对参照组,观察组并发症发生率更低,数据对比显示差异较大且P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论应用巩膜瓣下咬切术结合巩膜瓣可调节缝合治疗青光眼,疗效显著,可降低并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of scleral flap resection combined with scleral flap adjustable suture in the treatment of glaucoma.Methods The screening of the subjects was based on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The sampling time range was from January 2018 to January 2019.A total of 20 patients with glaucoma were selected.Clinically,they were treated with the scleral flap resection combined with scleral flap adjustable suture,which was the observation group.Another 20 patients with glaucoma were selected at the same time period,and were treated with conventional scleral occlusion,which was used as a reference group.The analysis and data comparison were carried out on the clinical treatment and prognosis of the two groups of patients.Results In terms of treatment effect,the total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the reference group.The data comparison showed a large difference and P<0.05,and the statistical significance was established.In terms of prognosis,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than in the reference group,the data comparison showed a large difference and P<0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion The application of scleral flap resection combined with scleral flap adjustable suture combined with scleral flap can be used to adjust the suture for glaucoma.The curative effect is significant and can reduce the incidence of complications.
