泪沟韧带松解在结膜囊入路下睑袋整形术中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究泪沟韧带松解在结膜囊入路下睑袋整形术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2017年10月至2018年12月收治的24例下睑袋伴泪沟凹陷畸形患者临床资料,比较分析经结膜囊入路下睑袋整形术的同时进行泪沟韧带松解,眶隔脂肪释放填充治疗泪沟凹陷畸形的有效性。结果术后6个月Barton分级判定皆较术前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论对伴有泪沟凹陷畸形的患者,可采取经结膜囊入路眶隔脂肪释放的同时进行泪沟韧带松解,可改善下睑袋和泪沟凹陷畸形的外观,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of lacrimal sulcus ligament release in lower eyelid blepharoplasty through conjunctival sac approach.Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with lacrimal groove depression in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.The effectiveness of lacrimal groove ligament release and orbital septal fat release filling in the treatment of lacrimal groove depression was compared and analyzed.Results 6 months after operation,Barton’s grading was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with lacrimal groove depression,the release of orbital septal fat and the release of lacrimal groove ligament through the conjunctival sac approach can improve the appearance of lower eyelid bag and lacrimal groove depression,which is worth popularizing.
