围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血采用小剂量米非司酮配合补肾固冲汤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血采用小剂量米非司酮配合补肾固冲汤的临床效果。方法对照组常规给予小剂量米非司酮治疗。观察组加用补肾固冲汤。观察治疗效果、子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)、治疗6周及12周的子宫内膜厚度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗12周的PRL、LH、P、FSH、E2显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血采用小剂量米非司酮配合补肾固冲汤的效果明显,可遏制子宫内膜增生,优化性激素水平。Objective to study clinical effect of low dose mifepristone combined with tonifying kidney and reinforcing chong channel decoction on dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopause.Methods control group was treated with low dose of mifepristone,and Observation group was added with tonifying kidney and reinforcing chong channel decoction.Observe curative effect,endometrial thickness and sex hormone level.Results total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),endometrial thickness of treatment group at 6 and 12 weeks was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and PRL,LH,P,FSH and E2 of treatment group at 12 weeks was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion low dose mifepristone combined with tonifying kidney and reinforcing chong channel decoction has obvious effect on dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopause,can restrain endometrial hyperplasia and optimize sex hormone level.
