摘　　要：该文通过对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者护理实践,总结分析新型冠状病毒肺炎康复患者居家调养要点,根据中医辨证施护,针对性提出以脾胃调养和心理疏导为主的自我调养措施,促进患者身心健康。This paper,summarized and analyzed the key points of home care for the coronavirus disease 2019 rehabilitation patients,and puts forward the self-care measures based on the spleen and stomach care and psychological counseling according to the syndrome differentiation and nursing of TCM,so as to promote the physical and mental health of the patients.
