摘 要:目的了解被紧急调派至发热门诊,参与新型冠状病毒肺炎防治工作中护士的工作体验,为应急梯队新护士的培训提供借鉴,制订更加完善的护理管理对策。方法对16名护士进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料。结果共提炼3个主题,包括树立正向的职业心态、应对多重压力源、感激多方支持。结论针对被紧急调派至发热门诊的护士,建议护理管理者肯定其职业价值,传播其正向的职业心态,帮助其积极应对压力源,通过加强培训和应急演练提高其岗位胜任力,组建心理支持小组保障其身心健康。Objective To describe the experience of nurses who were urgently dispatched to the fever clinic and participated in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19,so as to provide reference for the training of new nurses and formulate more perfect nursing leadership strategy. Methods Sixteen nurses participated in in-depth interviews,and Colaizzi’s seven-step method was applied to analyze data. Results Three themes were extracted,including building a positive coping attitude,coping toward multiple stressors,and gratitude for support. Conclusion For the nurses who are urgently deployed to the fever clinic,it is suggested that the nursing managers should affirm their professional value,publicize their positive coping attitude,building constructive copping strategies toward multiple stressors,improve their post competence by increasing training and emergency drills,and establish psychological support groups to ensure their physical and mental health.
