摘　　要：文章针对中国环境保护产业协会发布的《石油化工企业场地地下水污染防治技术指南》(T/CAEPI39—2021)(以下简称《指南》),详细解读了《指南》制定的背景、意义与作用,重点分析了《指南》的关键技术内容及参数要求,希望对该《指南》的理解、应用与推广起到积极的推动作用。Aiming at the guideline issued by the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry,this paper explained the background,significance and function of the standard formulation in detail,and put an emphasis on analyzing the key technical contents and parameter requirements of the standard,with the aim of hoping to play a positive role in promoting the understanding,application and spread of the standard.
