摘　　要：目的了解上海市、江苏省、山东省与安徽省健康教育工作者的现状,探究影响其工作满意度的因素。方法2021年10—12月在上海市、江苏省、山东省与安徽省对58家省市级疾病预防控制中心、2家省级健康促进中心、85家医院、42家社区卫生服务中心中的所有健康教育工作者开展电子问卷调查,采用多元线性回归模型分析他们工作满意度的影响因素。结果共回收有效问卷1012份。三省一市健康教育工作者的工作满意度为(82.93±13.61)分。多元线性回归结果显示,年龄、性别、文化程度、省份、机构类型、职称、月基本工资、当地健康教育与健康传播现状、当地民众健康素养为健康教育工作者工作满意度的影响因素。结论三省一市健康教育工作者的工作满意度较高,增加健康教育工作者的晋升机会,完善激励机制,提高工资待遇与增加健康教育服务的购买量或许是进一步提高其工作满意度的方法。Objective To investigate the current situation of job satisfaction among health educators in Shanghai,Jiangsu Province,Shandong Province and Anhui Province,and to explore the factors affecting their job satisfaction.Methods From October to December 2021,an electronic questionnaire survey was conducted among all health educators in 58 provincial and municipal centers for disease control and prevention,2 municipal centers for health promotion,85 hospitals and 42 community health service centers in Shanghai,Jiangsu,Shandong and Anhui provinces,and multiple linear regression models were used to analyze the influencing factors of their job satisfaction.Results A total of 1012 valid questionnaires were collected.The job satisfaction of health educators in 3 provinces and 1 city was(82.93±13.61).Multiple linear regression results showed that age,gender,education level,province,institution type,title,monthly basic salary,local health education and health communication status,and local people′s health literacy were the influencing factors of job satisfaction among health educators.Conclusion Health educators in three provinces and one city have high job satisfaction.In order to further improve their job satisfaction,it is important to increase the promotion opportunities of health educators,improve the incentive mechanism,increase wages and increase the purchase of health education services.
