夫妻同心 其利断金——夫妻档创业的溢价机制研究

摘　　要：作为"双创"背景下的重要实践形式,夫妻档创业引起了社会各界的广泛关注。本文利用全国"返乡创业抽样调查"数据,对夫妻档创业与经营绩效之间的关系进行了考察。实证结果表明:夫妻档创业绩效更好。在加入其他解释变量、地区效用、行业效用,并利用倾向得分匹配法纠正样本自选择问题后,夫妻档创业绩效更好的结论仍然稳健。进一步,机制分析发现,夫妻二人同心搭档创业可以释放出关系与关系的叠加效应,生成高交集、高密度的"强连带网络",有助于企业获取相关资源、降低成本,进而保持更好的经营状况。本文丰富了夫妻档在微观创业层面的研究发现,结论对激活高质量创业具有重要启示。As an important form of practice in the context of"double innovation",the husband-and-wife business has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.This paper uses the national"study sample survey of returning hometowns"to examine the relationship between husband-and-wife entrepreneurship and business performance.The empirical results show that the husband-and-wife business performance is better.After adding other explanatory variables,regional utility,industry utility,and using the propensity score matching method to correct the sample self-selection problem,the conclusion that the husband and wife entrepreneurial performance is better is still stable.Further,the mechanism analysis found that the husband and wife can work together to unleash the superposition effect of relationship and relationship,and generate a high-interaction,high-density"strong joint network",which helps enterprises to obtain relevant resources,reduce costs,and thus maintain better.Business status.This paper enriches the research findings of the husband and wife file at the level of micro-entrepreneurship,and the conclusion has important implications for activating high-quality entrepreneurship.
