摘　　要：目的 探讨胃癌伴Sister Mary Joseph结节的临床和病理特点,以及其转移方式、治疗及预后。方法 对2011年1月-2020年12月就诊于第四军医大学西京皮肤医院的4例以脐部结节为首发皮肤表现的胃癌患者的临床和病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 4例患者原发病均为胃癌,均经组织病理检查证实为皮肤转移癌,即Sister Mary Joseph结节。治疗原则均为尽量手术切除原发灶和转移灶后,辅以化学等药物治疗和放射治疗。随访4~13个月,4例患者均死亡。结论 Sister Mary Joseph结节一般为恶性肿瘤的晚期表现,常提示预后差,如果患者一般状况良好,应积极行手术切除肿瘤及术后放化疗等治疗方案。Objective To analyze the clinical and histopathological features of Sister Mary Joseph′s nodules(SMJN) with the gastric cancer and explore its transfer mode, treatment and prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 4 cases of SMJN with gastric cancerin, SMJN as the first skin mainfestation who were treated in our department from January 2011 to December 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The primary disease of the 4 patients was gastric cancer, SMJN was confirmed as skin metastases. The treatment was to remove the primary and metastasis tumor surgically, supplemented by chemotherapy and radiation therapy.During follow-up of 4-13 months, all the 4 patients died.Conclusion SMJN is generally a skin manifestation of malignant tumors, suggesting a poor prognosis. If the patient is generally in good condition, surgical resection of the tumor and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be performed actively.
