摘　　要：患者女,52岁,外阴赘生物半年。皮肤科情况:左侧大阴唇内侧约1.0 cm×1.0 cm×1.5 cm大小红色带蒂肿物,质韧,表面结痂,轻度触痛。皮损组织病理示:肿瘤位于真皮内,由弥漫性梭形及上皮样细胞构成,间质中小至中等大小血管及胶原纤维增生扩张,部分血管壁增厚呈玻璃样变,胶原束间散在淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞为主的炎细胞浸润。免疫组织化学染色示:肿瘤细胞Vimentin(+)、CD34(-)、Desmin(-)、SMA(-)、Ki-67(约3%+)。诊断:细胞性血管纤维瘤。治疗:予手术完整切除并随访。A 52-year-old female presented with an excrescence on vulva for half a year.Dermatological examination showed a red pedicled mass with a size of about 1.0 cm×1.0 cm×1.5 cm on the inner side of the left labia majora, which was tough and crusted with mild tenderness.Histopathology of the lesion showed the tumor was located in the dermis and composed of diffuse spindle and epithelioid cells, proliferation of small to medium-sized thick-walled, often hyalinized, dilated vessels and collagen fibers in the stroma, and inflammatory cells mainly lymphocytes and neutrophils were scattered between collagen bundles.Immunohistochemical staining showed that tumor cells were positive for Vimentin, negative for CD34,Desmin and SMA. The positive staining rate for Ki-67 was about 3%. A diagnosis of cellular angiofibroma was made.Complete resection was performed and follow-up was conducted at present.
