摘　　要：通过优化建成环境降低居民小汽车依赖成为热点话题。聚焦建成环境与小汽车依赖的作用机理,分别对小汽车依赖量化方法、建成环境对小汽车依赖影响效应以及相关交通治理政策研究进展进行梳理和归纳。研究认为:①小汽车拥有量和小汽车使用率可以用于反映居民的小汽车依赖行为,但仍需考虑构建一种兼顾个体汽车使用和公共交通出行关系的度量方法。②大多数研究认为促进职住平衡、建设人口密集型城市副中心、提升郊区公共交通服务质量是降低汽车依赖最有效的途径。但也存在诸多研究结论不一致的现象,需要建立微观模型挖掘其中的内涵。③我国正向多元协同治理的方向发展,但缺乏面向细分空间、细分人群的精准化绿色出行政策框架。Reducing residents'car dependence by optimizing the built environment is a hot topic in academic circles.The quantitative method of car dependence,the impact of the built environment and the study of traffic governance policy were summarized.Firstly,a measurement method that takes into account the relationship between individual car use and public transport travel needs to be developed,although car dependence can be explained by car ownership and car ownership.Secondly,most studies believe that the most effective way to reduce automobile dependence is to promote the balance between occupation and residence,build a sub-center of a densely populated city,and improve the quality of public transport services in the suburbs.However,there are also many inconsistent findings,and it is necessary to establish a microscopic model to explain the connotation.Finally,China is developing in the direction of diversified and coordinated governance.However,the theoretical framework of specific green travel policy for subdivided space and population still needs to be deepened.
