监狱文化建设遇到了什么问题?——基于扎根理论的质性研究探索  

What Problems Are We Facing in the Construction of Prison Culture?A Qualitative Study Based on Grounded Theory

摘　　要：开展监狱文化建设有助于提升罪犯改造质量,有利于做好犯罪防治工作。经过几十年发展,中国监狱文化建设取得了一系列成绩,但也面临诸多问题。立足扎根理论,采用深度访谈法获取经验材料,通过三级编码确定核心范畴。结果显示,人的因素是监狱文化建设的首要影响因素,资金状况和使用制度是制约性客观因素,文化建设偏离监狱中心工作、深度不够、系统性差、特色不鲜明是主要问题。监狱文化建设与所在地区文化水平、监狱领导的文化观念具有一致性,文化建设水平是地区和监狱整体发展水平的反映。监狱文化建设关键在“人”,文化影响人的精神并体现人的精神,为“改造人”服务是监狱文化建设的最高追求。The construction of prison culture is conducive to improving the quality of the reform of criminals and doing a good job in crime prevention.After decades of development,China’s construction of prison culture has made a series of achievements,but there are still many problems.This study is based on the Grounded Theory,using in-depth interview methods to obtain empirical materials and determining the core categories through three-level coding.The results of the study show that the primary influencing factor of prison culture construction is’people’’,while the funding situation and the operating system are restrictive and objective factors.The main problems of prison culture construction are:the construction deviating from the core work of prisons,lacking depth,being unsystematic,and having unclear characteristics.The study shows that the progress of prison culture construction is consistent with the local cultural level and the cultural concept of prison leadership;The level of cultural construction can reflect the degree of overall development of the region and prisons.The key to the construction of prison culture lies in’’people’’:culture influences and manifests people’s spirit,and’’reforming people’’is the highest pursuit of prison culture construction.
