摘　　要：智能技术不断迭代与重构下,未来智慧医疗持续升维,发展成为基于数字孪生、云计算等技术建构的虚实交融耦合的新造诊疗空间,它将实现虚拟环境与现实空间极致融合、数字角色与现实人身同步参与、沉浸式互动与开放式探索并行,它突破现实医疗边界、摆脱当前人体感官局限和物理场景区隔,为患者提供一种前所未有的、便捷的、全沉浸式的就诊体验,成为完整智慧医疗发展循环生态圈及智慧城市体系建设未来可达的理想场景。然机遇与风险并存,智慧医疗新兴医疗模式下,数据安全性有待确保、患者隐私安全亟须保护、医疗法制监管有待加强、医学人文关怀缺失有待关注、传统医学教育模式将发生转型,需进行合理、有序的规划、规范与引导。With the continuous iteration and reconstruction of intelligent technology,the future intelligent medicine will continue to upgrade and develop into a reconstituted diagnosis and treatment space based on the integration and coupling of reality and reality constructed by digital twins,cloud computing and other technologies,Intelligent medical treatment will realize the extreme integration of virtual environment and real space,synchronous participation of digital characters and real people,immersive interaction and open exploration,and break through the boundary of real medical treatment,get rid of the current human sensory limitations and physical scene segmentation,provide patients with an unprecedented,convenient and fully immersive embodied medical treatment experience,and become an ideal scene for the construction of a complete smart medical development cycle ecosystem and smart city system in the future.However,opportunities and risks coexist.Under the emerging Intelligent Medical Treatment model,data security needs to be ensured,patient privacy needs to be protected,medical legal supervision needs to be strengthened,lack of medical humanistic care needs to be paid attention to,and the traditional medical education model will be transformed,requiring reasonable and orderly planning,standardization and guidance.
