摘 要:目的 了解师范院校大学生共情能力的现状。方法 2022年4月,采用一般资料问卷、中文版人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)、人际适应性问卷对497例师范院校大学生进行问卷调查。数据分析采用描述统计、相关分析、方差分析、回归分析。结果 大学生共情能力得分处于中等偏上水平。女大学生共情能力及其4个维度得分均显著高于男大学生(P<0.05);文史类大学生共情能力及共情性关心维度显著高于理工类大学生(P<0.05);大学生共情能力在年级上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);大学生共情能力在父母是否离异上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大学生共情能力在是否为独生子女上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生源地在农村的大学生在想象力维度上显著高于生源地在城镇的大学生(P<0.05)。大学生共情能力与人际适应性具有显著相关性(P<0.05),共情能力能够正向预测大学生的人际适应性(P<0.05)。结论 不同类别学生的共情能力存在差异,各维度发展不均衡,还需要进一步得到提升。Objective To understand the current situation of empathy ability of normal university students. Methods In April 2022, 497 college students from normal universities were investigated by general information questionnaire, interpersonal reactivity index-C(IRI-C) and interpersonal adaptability questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis. Results The score of college students’ empathy ability is above the average level. The scores of female college students’ empathy ability and its four dimensions were significantly higher than those of male college students(P<0.05);the dimensions of empathy and empathic concern of literature and history students were significantly higher than those of science and technology students(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in college students’ empathy ability in grade level(P>0.05);the empathic ability of college students had statistical significance on whether their parents were divorced or not(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in college students’ empathy ability in whether they were the only child(P>0.05);the imagination dimension of college students from rural areas was significantly higher than that of college students from urban areas(P<0.05). There was a significant correlation between college students’ empathy ability and interpersonal adaptability(P<0.05), and empathy ability could positively predict the interpersonal adaptability of college students(P<0.05). Conclusion There are differences in empathy ability among different categories of students, and the development of each dimension is unbalanced, which needs to be further improved.
