摘 要:目的了解山西省长治市高校专职辅导员开展大学生心理健康教育的现状,并从现实出发,提出针对性的策略。方法选取长治市高校专职辅导员为研究对象,于2022年6月~2022年7月利用问卷星网络平台发布在线问卷。本次调查共回收问卷77份,有效问卷77份,有效应答率为100%。使用自编调查问卷,调查辅导员开展心理健康教育的现状,运用SPSS 19.0统计学软件进行数据分析。结果通过调查发现,长治市七成以上高校辅导员职业角色模糊,并且没有接受过专业技能培训,开展心理危机普查趋于形式化,并未能真正发现有问题的学生,开展心理教育的社会支持不够。结论针对长治市高校辅导员开展大学生心理健康教育的现状与不足,建议辅导员清晰自身角色定位,提升自我心理健康教育的能力与水平,创新心理危机的排查机制和心理健康教育的活动内容与形式,在工作中不断提升心理健康教育的社会支持率,形成良好的心理健康教育合力,更好地开展大学生心理健康教育。Objective To understand the current situation of college students’mental health education carried out by full-time college counselors in Changzhi City,Shanxi Province,and put forward targeted strategies from the reality.Methods The full-time counselors of colleges and universities in Changzhi City were selected as the research objects,and online questionnaires were released using the Questionnaire Star network platform from June to July 2022.A total of 77 questionnaires were recovered in this survey,77 of which were valid,and the effective response rate was 100%.A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of mental health education carried out by counselors,SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results Through the investigation,it was found that more than 70%of college counselors in Changzhi city had vague professional roles,had not received professional skills training,carry out psychological crisis surveys tend to be formalized,fail to really find the students with problems,and social support for psychological education was insufficient.Conclusion In view of the current situation and shortcomings of college counselors in Changzhi City in carrying out mental health education for college students,it is suggested that counselors should clarify their role orientation,improve their ability and level of mental health education,innovate the screening mechanism of psychological crisis and the content and form of mental health education activities,constantly improve the social support rate of mental health education in their work,and form a good synergy of mental health education,and then better carry out college students’mental health education.
