摘 要:目的探讨针对高职院校学生给予积极团体心理辅导对其心理健康造成的影响。方法2020年5月~2021年5月纳入78例本院高职院校学生,依照抽签法均分,每组39例,参照组接受常规的心理指导,研究组接受积极团体心理辅导干预。分析比对学生接受干预前后其心理健康状态分值、心理辅导的效果。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果在干预前比对组间心理健康状态分值,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组心理健康状态分值较参照组低,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组干预前、后心理健康状态分值比对,干预后分值低,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组心理辅导的效果显著较参照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对高职院校学生给予积极团体心理辅导干预,可良好的纠正学生的心理取向,并将心理健康状态提升,利于高职院校学生的心理恢复正常水平。Objective To explore the impact of active group psychological counseling for higher vocational college students on their mental health.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,78 students from higher vocational colleges in our hospital were included and divided equally according to the lottery method,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group received the routine psychological guidance,and the research group received the active group psychological counseling intervention.Analyze the score of mental health state and the effect of psychological counseling.Normal measurement data were tested by t test;count data were tested by x^(2).Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of mental health status between the groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the mental health status scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the scores of mental health status after the intervention,the scores after the intervention were lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The effect of psychological counseling in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Active group psychological counseling intervention for higher vocational college students can correct their psychological orientation and improve their mental health status to restore the psychology to the normal level.
