摘　　要：目的对全国高校心理咨询师心理督导现状进行调查和分析。方法依托“问卷网”网络平台,采用自编问卷,调查了全国29个省、市、自治区以及直辖市的349位高校心理咨询师的心理督导状况。对调查结果进行描述性统计和相关性分析。结果①高校心理咨询师接受过心理督导的比例为40.1%,定期接受心理督导的比例为32.37%;进行1次/月心理督导的比例为16.7%;督导费用由单位支付的比例为49.3%;接受心理督导的心理咨询师以专职的居多。认为督导师应具备的特质依次为真诚、尊重、平等、友善和耐心;②高校心理咨询师心理督导的投入度、满意度和认为心理督导的必要性两两之间存在显著正相关。③高校心理咨询师对心理督导的最主要期待是获得专业能力的提升。结论我国高校心理咨询师心理督导力量薄弱,高校心理督导应得到充分重视,以确保高校心理健康工作的科学有序开展。Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of psychological supervision of psychological counselors in colleges and universities nationwide.Methods Relying on the“Questionnaire Network”network platform,a self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the psychological supervision status of 349 college counselors in 29 provinces,municipalities,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were performed on the survey results.Results①The proportion of college counselors who had received psychological supervision was 40.1%,and the proportion who received psychological supervision regularly was 32.37%;the proportion of psychological supervision once a month was 16.7%;the proportion of supervision costs paid by the unit was 49.3%;most of the psychologists who accept psychological supervision are full-time.The characteristics that supervisors should possess are sincerity,respect,equality,friendliness and patience in order.②There is a significant positive correlation between the investment,satisfaction and necessity of psychological supervision of college psychological counselors.③The main expectation of college psychological counselors for psychological supervision is to improve their professional ability.Conclusion The psychological supervision of psychological counselors in colleges and universities in my country is weak,and psychological supervision in colleges and universities should be fully paid attention to ensure the scientific and orderly development of menta health work in colleges and universities.
