摘　　要：目的调查疫情防控常态化时期临床一线护士心理健康状况并分析其影响因素,为制定有针对性的措施以促进其心理健康提供参考。方法采用方便抽样法对416例本院临床一线护士进行心理健康自评问卷(SRQ-20)调查。结果416例临床一线护士经SRQ-20评估,其得分较高且排在前3位的条目为容易感到疲劳、睡眠差以及感觉不安、紧张或担忧,分别占比为61.30%、39.42%和29.09%;经SRQ-20筛查的阳性人数有94例,约占总人数的22.60%;不同年龄、工作年限、职称的临床一线护士SRQ-20筛查阳性率差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),Logistic回归分析显示,工作年限与心理健康状况存在一定相关性,且呈正相关(OR=1.489,95%CI为1.026~2.162)。结论在疫情防控常态化阶段,不同年龄、工作年限、职称的临床一线护士心理应激反应不同;工作年限是影响临床一线护士心理健康状况的危险因素。医务工会可根据护士的不同的心理应激反应进行有针对性、个体化地实施心理疏导与人文关怀。Objective To investigate the mental health status of clinical frontline nurses during the period of normalization of epidemic prevention and control and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for formulating targeted measures to promote their mental health.Methods Convenience sampling was used to conduct a mental health self-assessment questionnaire(SRQ-20)survey among 416 first-line clinical nurses in our hospital.Results 416 cases of clinical first-line nurses were evaluated by SRQ-20,among which the high scores and the top 3 items were easy to feel fatigue,poor sleep,feeling restless,nervous or worried,accounting for 61.30%,39.42%and 29.09%respectively;There were 94 people who were positive after SRQ-20 screening,accounting for 22.60%of the total;There are statistically significant differences in the positive rate of SRQ-20 screening among clinical first-line nurses of different ages,working years and professional titles(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that there was a certain correlation between working years and mental health status,and there was a positive correlation(OR=1.489,95%CI was 1.026~2.162).Conclusion In the normalization stage of epidemic prevention and control,clinical first-line nurses of different ages,working years,and professional titles have different psychological stress responses;Working years is a risk factor that affects the mental health of clinical first-line nurses.The medical trade union can carry out targeted and individualized psychological counseling and humanistic care according to the different psychological stress responses of nurses.
