摘 要:目的探讨基于计算机的认知训练结合意念力游戏训练对脑功能性损伤和脑结构性损伤的精神类疾病认知功能及心理状态的影响。方法选取2018年9月~2020年4月收治的88例脑功能性损伤和脑结构性损伤的精神类疾病存在认知功能障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组,观察组与对照组各44例。对照组接受常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用基于计算机的认知训练结合意念力游戏训练。对两组患者治疗前后认知功能与心理状态进行比较。结果两组治疗前的简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE),蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);两组治疗前的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分(HAMA)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述评分明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论基于计算机的认知训练结合意念力游戏训练可改善脑功能性损伤和脑结构性损伤的精神类疾病患者的认知功能,改善患者的心理状态,值得推广。Objective To explore the impact of computer-based cognitive training combined with mental game training on the cognitive function and mental state of mental diseases with brain functional damage and brain structural damage.Methods 88 patients with cognitive dysfunction with brain functional injury and brain structural injury who were admitted from September 2018 to April 2020 as the research objects.The random number table was divided into observation group and control group 44 each example,the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group added computer-based cognitive training combined with mental game training on the basis of the control group.The cognitive function and mental state of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results There were no significant difference in the scores of the mini mental state examination scale(MMSE)and montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The above scores of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant difference in the hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The above scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Computer-based cognitive training combined with mental game training can improve the cognitive function of patients with mental illnesses with brain functional damage and brain structural damage,and improve the mental state of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
