断冠再接和复合树脂直接修复两种方法修复前牙冠折的效果比较

摘　　要：目的探究对前牙冠折患者施行断冠再接、复合树脂直接修复治疗的效果。方法使用随机数字表法将2019年4月-2021年4月本院60例前牙冠折患者分为断冠再接组(30例,施行断冠再接术治疗)、复合树脂组(30例,施行复合树脂直接修复治疗)。随访2年,对比两组修复成功率、满意度评分及生活质量评分。结果两组6个月、1年、18个月、2年修复成功率对比无显著差异,P>0.05;两组生活质量评分对比无显著差异,P>0.05;断冠再接组患者满意度评分较复合树脂组更高,P<0.05。结论对前牙冠折患者施行断冠再接、复合树脂直接修复治疗均具有较好的成功率,均能有效改善其生活质量,但断冠再接术的美观度更佳,患者满意度更高,临床可结合患者实际需求合理选择修复方案。Objective To explore the effect of crown reattachment and direct restoration with composite resinin the treatment of anterior teeth crown fracture.Methods 60 patients with crown fracture of anterior teeth in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021were randomly divided into two groups:broken crown reattachment group(30 cases,treated with broken crown reattachment)and composite resin group(30 cases,treated with composite resin direct repair).After 2 years of follow-up,the repair success rate,satisfaction score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the success rates of 6months,1 year,18 months and 2 years between two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction score of patients in the broken crown reattachment group was higher than that in the composite resin group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with crown fracture of anterior teeth,crown reattachment and composite resin direct repair have good success rate,which can effectively improve their quality of life,but the aesthetic degree of crown reattachment is better,and satisfaction of patientsis higher,so the repair plan can be reasonably selected according to the actual needs of patients.
