不同种类桩冠修复在口腔内残根保存修复的临床疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨不同种类桩冠修复在口腔内残根保存修复的临床疗效。方法 选取本院口腔科2017年6月-2020年10月收治的需行口腔内残根保存修复的患者97例,根据牙体缺损的范围,将治疗患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用传统金属铸造桩,观察组分为A组与B组,A组采用纤维玻璃桩,B组采用纤维玻璃树脂桩,随访12个月,分别统计各组牙齿治疗操作时间、牙齿功能恢复时间、牙齿外观恢复时间、牙齿治疗效果、治疗成功率及不良反应,并对比分析。结果 与对照组相比,观察组的治疗操作时间、牙齿功能恢复时间、牙齿外观恢复时间更短,A组治疗操作时间短于B组,对于牙齿功能恢复时间、牙齿外观恢复时间相比,B组短于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗效果更佳,B组治疗效果好于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗成功率更高,B组比A组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组不良反应更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 纤维玻璃树脂桩与纤维玻璃桩较传统金属铸造桩在口腔内残根保存修复方面具有明显优势,尤以纤维玻璃联合树脂材料优势更显著。Objective To explore the clinical effects of different types of post crown restorations in the preservation and re storation of residual roots in the oral cavity.Methods A total of 97 patients who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology in our hospital who needed oral root preservation and restoration were selected from June 2017 to October 2020.According to the scope of the dental defect,the treated patients were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group adopts Traditional metal casting post,the observation components are group A and group B.Group A adopts fiberglass post and group B adopts fiberglass resin post.The follow-up is12 months,and the operation time of teeth treatment,tooth function recovery time,and teeth of each group are counted.Appearance recovery time,dental treatment effect,treatment success rate and adverse reactions are compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment operation time,tooth function recovery time,and tooth appearance recovery time of the observation group were shorter.The treatment operation time of group A was shorter than that of group B.Compared with the time of tooth function recovery and tooth appearance recovery time,group B Shorter than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had better treatment effect,the treatment effect of group B was better than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group has a higher treatment success rate,and the B group is higher than the A group,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had fewer adverse reactions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional metal casting posts,fiberglass resin posts and fiberglass posts have obvious advantages in the preservation and restoration of residual roots in the oral cavity,es
