大块充填复合树脂后牙窝洞充填效果的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的分析高粘型大块充填复合树脂Filtek Bulk Fill、粘度可变型大块充填复合树脂SonicFill和分层复合树脂Filtek Z350用于后牙深龋窝洞充填的临床效果。方法回顾分析2019年3月至2019年6月期间于南京大学医学院附属口腔医院牙体牙髓病科行后牙深龋窝洞充填的91例病例,根据治疗时使用的充填材料分为Filtek Bulk Fill(FB)组(n=31)、SonicFill(SF)组(n=27)、Filtek Z350(Z350)组(n=33)。比较三组的充填体术后超过1年的成功率,以及边缘着色、边缘适应性、继发龋、术后敏感等边缘密合性相关指标。结果大块充填复合树脂在充填体成功率以及边缘密合性方面存在着优于分层复合树脂的趋势,但无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论大块充填复合树脂可用于后牙深龋窝洞充填,且可获得略优于分层复合树脂的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high viscosity bulk-fill composite resin Filtek Bulk Fill,viscosity variable bulk-fill composite resin SonicFill and layered filling composite Filtek Z350 in posterior deep caries cavity filling.Methods The expression levels of E2F1,survivin and mutp53 proteins in 52 cases of OSCC and corresponding adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between the expression of E2F1 protein and the expression of survivin and mutp53 proteins was analyzed.The correlation between the expression levels of E2F1,survivin and mutp53 proteins and the clinicopathological characteristics(gender,age,cell differentiation,lymph node metastasis,tumor stage)of OSCC patients were further clarified.Results The clinical data of posterior cavity filling from March 2019 to June 2019 in the Department of Cariology and Endodontics,Nanjing Stomatological Hospital,Medical School of Nanjing University were analyzed retrospectively,according to filling materials,91 cases were divided into three groups:Filtek Bulk Fill(FB)group(n=31),SonicFill(SF)group(n=27)and Filtek Z350(Z350)group(n=33).The success rate of filling body,marginal coloring,marginal adaptation,secondary caries and postoperative sensitivity of the three groups over 1 year were compared.Conclusion There was a tendency that bulk-fill composite resin was better than layered filling composite in the aspects of the success rate of filling body and marginal sealing,but there was no significant differences(all P>0.05).Conclusion:The bulk-fill composite resin can be used to fill the cavity of deep caries of posterior teeth,and the treatment effect is slightly better than layered filling composite.
