摘  要:《管理学原理》在管理类专业课程体系中具有特殊的“专业入门”性质。教学内容、知识体系上的客观特点决定了课程在基础性与应用性、理论性与实践性、入门性和高阶性之间天然存在着张力。如何平衡这三对张力对课程的教学带来了巨大的挑战。基于这三对张力对课程教学带来的现实平衡难题,在以学生为主体、以教师为引导的教育理念引领下,《管理学原理》课程围绕教学内容模块化设计、多元化案例教学模式、前沿理论及实践内容融入、研究型小组宣讲考核方式改革和课程思政五个维度,深入推进了特色教学改革。The Principles of Management is an unique introductory course in the curriculum system of management major.The objective characteristics of the course in the teaching content and knowledge system determine the natural tension between the basic and application,theory and practice,introductory and profoundness of the curriculum.How to balance these three pairs of tension brings great challenges to the curriculum teaching.In order to solve the realistic balance problem brought by these three pairs of relationships in the teaching,based upon the education concept of student-centered and teacher-guided,the course has deeply promoted the characteristic teaching reform,focusing on the five dimensions of modular design of teaching content,diversified case teaching mode,integration of cutting-edge theory and practice content,reform of assessment method of research group presentation and ideological and political education.
