面向网络空间安全的创新人才培养机制探索与实践

摘　　要：当前网络空间安全专业建设还处于起步和建设阶段,还没有形成比较成熟的网络空间安全人才培养模式,网络空间安全人才培养存在的高端人才稀缺、人才培养师资严重不足、人才培养方案与社会需求脱节严重、人才培养基础设施匮乏等问题。随着网络空间安全相关技术发展迅猛,如何培养满足国家和社会需要的具有网络攻防实战能力的专业人才,是网络空间安全人才培养面临的关键问题。在分析国家网络空间安全战略需求以及社会各行业网络空间安全人才需求的基础上,以新工科理念改造升级网络空间安全学科专业,更新课程体系和教学内容,加强产学研用协同创新,形成创新的网络空间安全人才培养模式改革的经验以及实施案例,提供可推广、可操作的人才培养方案,为我国网络空间安全人才培养提供支撑和保障.At present,the course construction of network space security major and the training mode of network space security talents are all at the exploratory stage.There are some problems in the training of security talents in cyberspace major,such as the shortage of high-end talents and qualified teachers,the disconnection between the training programs and the social needs,and the lack of training infrastructure.In view of the rapid development of security-related technologies in cyberspace,how to cultivate professionals which can meet the needs of the society is a key problem for the training of cyberspace security professionals.Based on the analysis of strategic needs of national security in cyberspace and the needs of security professionals in cyberspace in society,and gudied by the emerging engineering concepts,the paper proposed that the discipline and specialty of security in cyberspace should be upgraded,and the curriculum system and teaching contents should be updated,and efforts should be made to synergize innovation among industry,university,research institution and application.The paper proposed that in order to provide replicable and operable personnel training programs,we should form experience and practical cases in reforming the training model for cybersecurity talents.
