摘  要:目的分析研究肝胆外科护理教学中采取中医临床护理教学路径的教学效果。方法研究的对象为医院2020年3月—2022年6月期间进行肝胆外科护理实习生86例。分组方法为随机数字表法,分为两组对比,其中一组为对照组,采取常规教学方法(实习生43例),余下一组为试验组,采取中医临床护理教学路径教学(实习生43例)。为了验证中医临床护理教学路径在肝胆外科护理教学中的效果,口试成绩、笔试成绩、操作技能、教学效果以及实习生教学满意度情况评价两组教学效果。结果试验组口试成绩、笔试成绩以及操作技能明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组教学效果(强化独立思考能力、激发学习兴趣、加强自主学习能力、提高专业素质、提高沟通能力以及强化团队合作能力)显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组实习生教学满意度为93.02%,参照组实习生教学满意度为76.74%。试验组实习生教学满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肝胆外科护理教学中采取中医临床护理教学路径的效果确切,能够显著提升实习生口试成绩、笔试成绩以及操作技能,可促使实习生能够独立思考,激发其学习兴趣等,同时能够提高实习生对该教学方法的满意度,此种教学方法值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze and study the teaching effect of traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing teaching path in the nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods The subjects selected for this study were 86 nursing interns who performed hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital from March 2020 to June 2022.The grouping method is the random number table method,which is divided into two groups for comparison.One group is the reference group,which adopts the conventional teaching method(43),and the remaining group is the experimental group,which adopts the teaching path of traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing(43).In order to verify the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical nursing teaching path in the nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.In this study,the teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated based on oral test scores,written test scores,operational skills,teaching effects,and interns’teaching satisfaction.Results The oral test scores,written test scores and operational skills of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The teaching effect of the experimental group(strengthening independent thinking ability,stimulating learning interest,strengthening independent learning ability,improving professional quality,improving communication ability and strengthening team cooperation ability)was significantly better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the interns in the experimental group was 93.02%,and the teaching satisfaction of the interns in the reference group was 76.74%.The teaching satisfaction of interns in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of adopting the Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical nursing teaching path in the nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery is definite.It can significantly improve the interns’oral test scores,written test scores and operational skills,and can promote the interns to think ind
