摘  要:目的探讨选用左乙拉西坦片、奥卡西平片联合方案治疗癫痫患者的效果及对认知功能的影响。方法研究样本从广东省普宁市人民医院癫痫患者中选取80例,研究时间介于2018年1月—2021年1月,采用随机数字表分为对照组(40例,奥卡西平片)与观察组(40例,奥卡西平片+左乙拉西坦片),观察患者神经功能相关指标水平、认知功能变化情况、免疫功能指标水平等。结果治疗后,两组患者GFAP、NES及S-100β等水平均得到明显改善,且观察组改善效果更佳(P<0.05);观察组MoCA量表中各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者IgA、IgM及IgG等指标水平均有明显改善,且改善效果更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论癫痫患者临床治疗中选用奥卡西平、左乙拉西坦联合方案,可明显提高患者认知功能改善效果,提升其免疫功能,改善神经系统功能,可获得更理想的治疗有效性。Objective To explore the effect of combination of Levetiracetam and oxcarbazepine on cognitive function in patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 80 patients with epilepsy were enrolled in this study from January 2018 to 2021 January 2018.They were randomly divided into control group(40 cases,oxcarbazepine)and observation group(40 cases,oxcarbazepine plus Levetiracetam),the level of neurological function,cognitive function and immune function were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of GFAP,NES and s-100βwere significantly improved in the two groups,and the improvement effect was better in the observation group(P<0.05),and the scores of MOCA scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were significantly improved,and the improvement effect was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of oxcarbazepine and Levetiracetam can improve the cognitive function,enhance the immune function and improve the neurological function of patients with epilepsy.
