摘  要:目的探究脑电生物反馈辅助治疗老年失眠症患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月—2020年6月自贡市精神卫生中心收治的126例老年失眠症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组63例。对照组患者每天睡前口服1~3 mg右佐匹克隆,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上采用脑电生物反馈辅助治疗,两组患者均治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,治疗后总睡眠时间、夜间觉醒次数、夜间总觉醒时间及总有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后总睡眠时间长于对照组,夜间觉醒次数少于对照组,夜间总觉醒时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者总有效率为81.0%(51/63),高于对照组的50.8%(32/63)(P<0.05)。结论脑电生物反馈辅助治疗可有效改善老年失眠症患者睡眠质量,提高患者治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of EEG biofeedback in the treatment of elderly patients with insomnia.Methods A total of 126 elderly patients with insomnia admitted to Zigong Mental Health Center from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,63 cases in each group.The patients in the control group took 1-3 mg of dexzopiclone orally before going to bed every day,while the patients in the study group were treated with EEG biofeedback on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score before and after treatment,total sleep time,times of night awakening,total night awakening time and total effective rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the PSQI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total sleep time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,the number of night awakening was less than that of the control group,and the total night awakening time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 81.0%(51/63),which was higher than 50.8%(32/63)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EEG biofeedback therapy can effectively improve the sleep quality of elderly patients with insomnia and improve the treatment effect.
