纤溶酶注射液结合血栓通在老年缺血性脑卒中的治疗疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价老年缺血性脑卒中用纤溶酶注射液结合血栓通治疗效果。方法于2018年3月—2019年10月取符合本次研究的患者(老年缺血性脑卒中)80例开展研究,将患者按入院时间进行编号,随机分为两组,即对照组、治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用纤溶酶注射液治疗,治疗组采用纤溶酶注射液结合血栓通治疗,比较凝血功能指标、症状消失时间及住院时间、血脂水平、不良反应发生率。结果治疗组活化部分凝血活酶时间长于对照组,而治疗组血浆凝血酶原时间短于对照组,纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组症状消失时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血脂水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年缺血性脑卒中用纤溶酶注射液结合血栓通治疗,效果显效,且还能改善凝血功能指标及血脂水平,值得临床借鉴。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of plas min injection combined with Xueshuantong on elderly ischemic stroke.Methods From March 2018 to October 2019,80 patients(senile ischemic stroke)eligible for this study were selected to conduct a study.The patients were numbered according to the time of admission and randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plas min injection,and the treatment group was treated with plas min injection combined with Xueshuantong.The indexes of coagulation function,time of symptom disappearance and hospitalization,blood lipid levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The treatment group activated partial thromboplastin longer than the control group,while the plasma prothrombin time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the fibrinogen level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the symptoms disappeared in the treatment group and the hospitalization time was shorter compared with the control group(P<0.05);the blood lipid level of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group was not significant,P>0.05.Conclusion The treatment of senile ischemic stroke with plas min injection combined with Xueshuantong is effective,and it can also improve the coagulation function index and blood lipid level,which is worthy of clinical reference.
