摘　　要：目的探讨甲泼尼松龙联合地塞米松治疗急性视神经炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年4月—2019年12月石泉县医院收治的急性视神经炎患者58例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各29例。对照组患者采用地塞米松治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用甲泼尼松龙治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后1、3个月视力情况及临床疗效,并观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗后1、3个月视力高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者视神经萎缩、视盘颜色变浅发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲泼尼松龙联合地塞米松治疗急性视神经炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状及视力,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of methylprednisolone combined with dexamethasone in treaing patients with acute optic neuritis.Methods A total of 58 cases of patients with acute optic neuritis admitted to Shiquan County Hospital from April 2018 to December 2019,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,29 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with dexamethasone,patients in study group were treated with methylprednisolone based on control group.Vision before treatment and 1,3 months after treatment,clinical effect were compared between the two groups,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results Visual in study group were higher than that of control group 1,3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Clinical effect in study group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Incidence of optic atrophy and light optic disc color in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone combined with dexamethasone have an exact clinical effect in treating patients with acute optic neuritis,which can improve clinical symptom and vision of patients,and with high safety.
