摘 要:目的探讨HP菌株感染检验中药敏试验对HP根除率的影响研究。方法选取2019年10月—2020年1月上消化道疾病行胃镜检查患者554例,随机分为两组,每组277例。研究组进行药敏试验后抗HP治疗,对照组行标准三联抗HP治疗。分析研究组药敏试验结果,比较两组患者HP根除结果。结果研究组277例患者药敏试验培养阳性190例;左氧氟沙星耐药1例、敏感189例,庆大霉素耐药12例、敏感178例,呋喃唑酮耐药30例、敏感160例,克拉霉素耐药65例、敏感125例,阿莫西林耐药49例、敏感141例,甲硝唑耐药188例、敏感2例,利福平耐药60例、敏感130例,替硝唑耐药5例,敏感185例,阿奇霉素耐药85例,敏感105例,盐酸多西环素耐药6例,敏感184例,四环素耐药20例,敏感170例,阿莫西林克拉维酸钾耐药30例,敏感160例;研究组HP根除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论HP菌株感染患者行药敏试验,根据抗生素敏感度实验结果进行抗HP根除治疗,可扼止HP耐药性升高,显著提升HP根除率,根据抗生素不同的耐药率对于指导抗HP治疗具有重要的意义。Objective To study on the influence of traditional Chinese medicine sensitivity test on HP eradication rate.Methods A total of 554 patients who underwent gastroscopy for upper gastrointestinal diseases from October 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,277 cases in each group.The research group received anti-hp treatment after drug sensitivity test,and the control group received standard triple anti-hp treatment.The results of drug sensitivity test in the research group were analyzed,and the results of HP eradication in the two groups were compared.Results In the study group,277 cases were positive in drug sensitivity test and culture,190 cases were positive.There were 1 case of levofloxacin resistance,189 cases of sensitivity,12 cases of gentamicin resistance,178 cases of sensitivity,30 cases of furazolidone resistance,160 cases of sensitivity,65 cases of clarithromycin resistance,125 cases of sensitivity,49 cases of amoxicillin resistance,141 cases of sensitivity,188 cases of metronidazole resistance,2 cases of sensitivity,60 cases of rifampicin resistance,130 cases of sensitivity and 5 cases of tinidazole resistance.Among them,185 were sensitive,85 were azithromycin resistant,105 were sensitive,6 were doxycycline hydrochloride resistant,184 were sensitive,20 were tetracycline resistant,170 were sensitive,30 were amoxicillin clavulanate potassium resistant and 160 were sensitive.The HP eradication rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug sensitivity test and anti-hp eradication therapy according to the results of antibiotic sensitivity test can prevent the increase of HP resistance and significantly improve the eradication rate of HP.It is of great significance to guide anti-hp therapy according to different antibiotic resistance rates of antibiotics.
