摘　　要：目的分析非生物人工肝治疗重型肝炎并发症的发生率,探讨相关的预防方法和处理措施。方法回顾性分析陆军军医大学第一附属医院157例采用非生物人工肝治疗的重型肝炎患者,观察患者在治疗过程中的并发症发生率,总结其预防手段和处理措施。结果在157例患者中,共有26例发生并发症,总发生率为20.4%,进行积极处理后全部得到缓解。结论非生物人工肝应用于重型肝炎治疗中,并发症发生率较高,应严密观察患者在治疗过程中的症状、体征,做好并发症预防工作,降低并发症危害,提高患者的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the incidence of complications of severe hepatitis after non-bioartificial liver support therapy and their precautions and managements.Methods A total of 157 patients with severe hepatitis after nonbioartificial liver support therapy in Southwest Hospital were retrospectively enrolled to analyze the incidence of complications during therapy to conclude their precautions and managements.Results Among all the 157 patients,complications occurred in 26 patients and the incidence rate was 20.4%.All complications recovered after interventions.Conclusion Complications are easily occurred in the treatment of severe hepatitis during non-bioartificial liver support therapy.A close observation and precaution should be managed during therapy to reduce the impairment of complications and improve therapeutic efficacy.
