摘　　要：黑素瘤是皮肤肿瘤中恶性程度最高的类型,占皮肤肿瘤相关病死的90%。该文简要解读了《欧洲基于共识的多学科黑素瘤诊断与治疗指南2022版》,该指南由来自欧洲皮肤病论坛(the European Dermatology Forum,EDF)、欧洲皮肤肿瘤协会(the European Association of Dermato-Oncology,EADO)和欧盟癌症研究与治疗组织(the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer,EORTC)等多领域的专家共同执笔完成,根据系统文献回顾结合专家的临床经验,为皮肤黑素瘤的诊断和治疗提供指导和借鉴。Cutaneous melanoma(CM)is potentially the most dangerous form of skin tumor and causes 90%of skin cancer mortality.This paper briefly interpret European consensus-based interdisciplinary guideline for melanoma,a unique collaboration of multidisciplinary experts from the European Dermatology Forum(EDF),the European Association of Dermato-Oncology(EADO)and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer(EORTC)was formed to make recommendations on CM diagnosis and treatment,based on systematic literature reviews and the experts’experience.
