摘　　要：β受体阻滞剂广泛应用于心血管系统疾病和肝硬化预防食管静脉曲张出血。由于普萘洛尔成功治疗婴儿血管瘤,引发了其在其他血管性疾病,如化脓性肉芽肿、卡波西样血管内皮瘤、丛状血管瘤和血管肉瘤等疾病治疗中更多的尝试。该文将对β受体阻滞剂在血管源性肿瘤治疗中的应用进行综述,为临床用药提供参考。Beta blockers are widely used in cardiovascular disease and cirrhosis to prevent varicose veins bleeding.Propranolol’s success in treating infantile hemangioma has led to more trials in other vascular diseases,such as pyogenic granuloma,kaposiform hemangioendothelioma,tufted angioma,and angiosarcoma.This article reviews the application of beta-blockers in the treatment of vascular tumors to provide references for clinical use.
