摘 要:随着成人教育的不断发展,订单式培养成为社会广泛关注的话题,成人教育为适应社会经济的发展和产业的现代化转型,把订单式培养的功能和价值作为教学的重点目标,不断向多样化、专业化和特色化发展。普通高校成人教育探索订单式培养模式过程中,国家、社会和企业起到举足轻重的作用,同时,作为受教育者的成人教育学生的自身选择也是十分重要的。研究结论得出成人教育学生的薪资敏感系数影响成人教育中订单式培养的发展,接受成人教育后的员工获得更多的薪资会更加促进企业获利。同时,市场上适当的就业需求岗位可以促进成人教育学生和企业获益。With the continuous development of adult education,the order-based training policy has become a topic of widespread concern in society.In order to adapt to the development of social economy and the modernization transformation of industry,adult education takes the function and value of order-based training as the key goal of teaching,and continues to develop towards diversification,specialization and specialization.During the exploration process of the order-based training policy for adult education in colleges and universities,the state,society,enterprises,and adult students,the educatees,all play an important role in adult education.It is concluded that the salary sensitivity coefficient of adult students affects the development of the order training policy in adult education,the higher salary of employees receiving adult education will promote the profit of enterprises,and appropriate employment demand positions in the market can promote the benefits of adult students and enterprises.
