摘　　要：网络教学是新时期高等教育的发展趋势。通过实地访谈和实践,研究显示高校教师对网络教学平台的认知存在显著差异,直接影响网络教学的实施。作为一名高校教师如何运用平台实施网络教学,需要做好心理准备、教学设计、课堂管理等方面的工作。同时需要在课程开设的全过程注重线上教学的特殊性,注重课前、课中和课后的全面把握。高校教师选择平台时更关注平台的便捷性、功能性、多样性和稳定性。网络教学平台的发展要始终坚持教育的基本规律。最后提出了网络教学平台经营和定位的发展方向。Online teaching is the development trend of higher education in the new era.Through on-the-spot interviews and practice,the research shows that there are significant differences in the cognition of online teaching platforms among college teachers,which directly affects the implementation of online teaching.As a college teacher how to use the platform to conduct online teaching,it is necessary to do a good job in psychological preparation,teaching design,classroom management and other aspects.At the same time,it is necessary to pay attention to the particularity of online teaching in the whole process of course offering,and pay attention to the comprehensive grasp before,during and after class.When college teachers choose a platform,they pay more attention to the convenience,functionality,diversity and stability of the platform.The development of the online teaching platform must always adhere to the basic laws of education.Finally,the development direction of the operation and positioning of the online teaching platform is put forward.
