摘　　要：数字科技与互联网技术的飞速发展,为优化创新高校财务服务模式与财务管理方式提供了可能。传统高校财务服务与管理存在职能部门彼此独立,财务信息共享程度低;财务服务程序繁琐,财务工作效率较低;管理运行机制不科学,内部控制不严谨;财务人员技能有待提高,队伍建设存在不足等特点与局限。“互联网+”背景下,高校财务管理既面临制度、技术等方面的机遇,又面临成本、安全性和信息对接等方面的挑战。应通过构建高校财务信息共享平台、优化高校财务服务模式、变革高校财务管理方式和提升高校财务人员专业素养等策略促进高校财务服务模式转变与管理流程再造。With the rapid development of digital technology and Internet technology,it is possible to optimize and innovate the financial service mode and financial management mode of colleges and universities.Traditional financial services and management in colleges and universities have the characteristics and limitations of independent functional departments and low degree of financial information sharing;The financial service procedure is tedious and the financial work efficiency is low;Management operation mechanism is not scientific and internal control is not rigorous;Financial personnel skills and professional quality should be improved.Under the background of"Internet Plus",the financial management of colleges and universities faces not only the opportunities of systems and technologies,but also the challenges of costs,security and information docking.The transformation of financial service mode and management process reengineering should be promoted by constructing financial information sharing platform,optimizing financial service mode,reforming financial management mode,and improving professional quality of financial personnel of colleges and universities.
