新文科建设背景下高等学校旅游与酒店管理专业人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：新文科建设是以适应新时代哲学社会科学发展新要求,培育出具有中国特色和中国风格的新文科,培养担当民族复兴大任的新时代文科人才为目标。当前,中国高等学校旅游与酒店管理专业正在向高质量发展方向迈进,传统人才培养模式的重组与变革是该专业突破专业人才供需矛盾的一个关键。在明确新文科建设背景下学校旅游专业人才培养模式变革意义的基础上。深入分析当前高等学校旅游与酒店管理专业人才培养模式面临的培养与课程体系、培养模式、培养师资队伍和培养评价体系有待进一步明确、创新、优化和完善等现实困境。因此,高等学校旅游与酒店管理专业人才培养应该重新审视培养模式与方案,确立科学的育人定位和课程建设体系;深化教学改革,建立“理实一体化”的现代化教学方式;对接行业发展,建设“产、学、研”区域化培养平台;完善保障体系,构建“双师型”专业化师资队伍。The construction of new liberal arts is proposed to satisfy the new requirements of the development of philosophy and social sciences in the New Era,with a goal of cultivating a new culture with Chinese characteristics and Chinese styles and training new liberal arts talents who are responsible for national rejuvenation.At present,the major of tourism and hotel management in China is moving in the direction of high-quality development.The reorganization and reform of the traditional talent training model is the key to breaking through the contradiction between the supply and demand of professional talents.On the basis of clarifying the transformation of the talents cultivating mode of tourism and hotel management in colleges and universities under the background of new liberal arts construction,this research deeply analyzes the problems existing in the training system,curriculum system,training mode,training faculty team and training evaluation system.This paper puts forward the following instructions:re-examining the training mode and training plan,establishing a scientific education orientation and curriculum construction system;deepening the teaching reform,establishing a modern teaching method of"integration of theory and practice";connecting with the development of the industry,building a regional industry-university research training platform;improving the security system,building a"double-qualified"professional teaching team,etc.
