高等院校“三全育人”理念与共青团工作的创新路径

摘　　要：高等院校要在“三全育人”理念指导下开展思想政治教育工作。高等院校共青团肩负着为党和国家培养有高度政治觉悟又有实际工作能力的社会主义事业后备军的重要任务,是高等院校开展育人工作的基础组织。“三全育人”的理念对高等院校共青团组织建设、凝聚力量和共青团干部培养具有重要的现实意义,但目前高等院校“三全育人”理念下共青团工作在思想认识、制度实施和实践推进上还存在一些问题。为此,要指导高等院校共青团在育人工作的高度、力度和效度上不断推进,在育人工作的思想层面、制度层面和实践层面不断拓展,提升育人工作的科学性,增强育人活动的吸引力,提升育人成果的实效性,潜移默化地影响大学生的思想观念,使之成为符合新时代发展需要的、合格的专业人才。Colleges and universities should carry out ideological and political education under the guidance of the concept of"Three Complete Education".The Communist Youth League of colleges and universities shoulders the important task of cultivating a reserve force for the socialist cause with high political awareness and practical work ability for the Party and our country.It is the basic organization for colleges and universities to carry out education work.The concept of"Three Complete Education"has important practical significance for the construction of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,the cohesion of strength and the training of Communist Youth League cadres.However,there are still some problems in the ideological understanding,system implementation and practice promotion of the Communist Youth League work under the concept of"Three Complete Education"in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to guide the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities to continuously promote the height,strength and effectiveness of the education work.Both the system and practice level are constantly expanded to improve the scientificity of the education work,add to the attractiveness of the education activities,enhance the effectiveness of the education results,and imperceptibly influence the ideological concepts of college students,so that they can become qualified professionals and meet the development needs of the new era.
