摘  要:在化工实验教学中建立"开环"教学机制,引入新的"升级更新"人才培养理念,从学习年限、学习机会、生生关系出发,将学生从现有教学模式的束缚中解脱出来,实现教学对象、内容和师资三开环,建立终身学习型校园环境。在"开环"教学模式下,"学友"根据自身知识需求,可随时进入校园更新知识,补充实践技能,从而实现人才培养的差异化、定制化。"开环"教学还有利于现有师资力量的"升级更新",从而有利于提升教学质量。The"Open-loop"teaching mechanism is established in chemical experiment teaching,and a new"Upgrading and updating"talent training concept is accepted.From the period of schooling,learning opportunities and the relationship among students,students can be freed from the shackles of the existing teaching mode,the three open loops of teaching are realized,and a lifelong learning campus environment is established.Under the card"Open-loop"teaching mode,the"alumni"can come back to the campus at any time to update their knowledge and supplement their practical skills according to their own needs so as to realize the differentiation and customization of talent training."Open-loop"teaching is also conducive to the"Upgrading and updating"of existing teachers’knowledge so as to improve the quality of teaching.
