摘　　要：以"产学研合作教育"为理念,以生物学创新型拔尖人才培养为目标,该校实验教学示范中心实行了改革。依托实验教学示范中心平台、重点实验室、实践基地、相关合作企业以及教师科研项目,通过实验教学训练、科学研究训练、实践能力培训、创业项目及学科竞赛等多维度培养方式,提升了学生的创新创业能力,实现了人才培养目标。Based on the concept of"industry-university-research cooperative education"and in view of the training of top innovative talents in biology,the experimental teaching demonstration center in the university is reformed.Based on the platform of the experimental teaching demonstration center,key laboratories,practice bases,relevant cooperative enterprises and teachers’scientific research projects,students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability has been improved,and the goal of talent training has been achieved through the completion of multi-dimensional training methods such as experimental teaching training,scientific research training,practical ability training,implementation of entrepreneurship projects and participation in discipline competitions.
